Year 6 cricket training

On Thursday, Year 6 went to William Perkin High School School for some cricket practise. We were coached by Mikey, who taught us key skills to play cricket. We were tested on our running and catching and learned the correct cricket catching technique. Both classes were separated into six groups, before we had to run around the stumps and rolled the ball to the next person in your team. We even had to role play how to teach our new skills to someone else. Coach Mikey was very pleased with our conduct and our skills. Overall, everyone had a great time learning new cricket skills.
