The history of Greenford walk

 Year 4 enjoyed a showery walk, finding out about Greenford since the Industrial Revolution.  They were led by local historians, Dr and Mrs Hounsell.  Along the way, they spotted the blue plaque where William Perkin had his factory and learned about the canal and barges that were used for transportation of goods at that time.
