Our Worship Ambassador workshops

Today we (the Worship Ambassadors) worked with pupils from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 on our school vision. We planned different activities for each year group.

Year 1 heard a story about Faith: Noah's faith in God. They thought about how faith helps them to overcome difficult times, and completed an obstacle course. At each obstacle there was a Bible verse about Faith.

We did an obstacle course, which was quite tricky, but if you have faith you can do anything. I think faith means not everything is easy.  Macie, 1RD

Year 2 looked at Hope; their hopes for Year 3 and their hopes for our world.

Hope is when you wish something would come true and you believe it will. I hope that I have a wonderful life when I am bigger and that I will be a footballer. If I have lots of money I will give it to people for food and to have a nice place to sleep. When I go to Year 3 I hope that I have a nice teacher and that I will get really smart.    Henry, 2MI

Reception talked about Love. They wrote or drew about the people, things and places they love. They made salt dough hearts and wrote their names on them, and thought about who loves them.

We made heart shapes out of playdoh and talked about what & who we love. I put Mummy and Daddy’s name on mine. I think that God  makes lovely things happen if we hope for them.  Olivia, RTG
