Basketball Finals: London Youth Games

Monday 4th July: we strove for victory. Early in the morning, we took the Tube, supervised by Mrs Curzon and Coach Leigh. As we arrived at Leyton, we made our way to the leisure centre. During the first game, we beat our opponents comfortably. This was also the case in the second game. However, we fought for triumph in the last group stage game. It was a legendary tiebreak, 4-4, when in the last minute Victoria scored the winner. Unfortunately, we lost in the quarter finals, but we are proud to have represented Ealing in the London Youth Games.
